I hereby declare that, all the above information furnished are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I have gone through the instructions for admission carefully and undertake to abide by all the conditions laid down by the University. I further agree, if admitted, I’ll abide by the rules and regulations at present in force or that may hereafter be made from time to time for the administration of the University or Hostel, etc. I undertake that so long as I am a student of the university, I will do nothing unworthy of a student of the University, either inside or outside, or anything that will interfere with its orderly working discipline. I am aware that the University has the full authority to expel me for disinterest in studies, misbehavior and/ or continuous failures, continued absence or non-fulfilling attendance requirement. I agree to adhere to the Rules and Regulations and to be bound by the provisions of University (specifically Chapter 6, 7 and 8), scheme of study and examinations of the University and the Disciplinary Statutes. In the event of any of the information furnished by me above is found to be false or incorrect at a later date, I accept that my admission will stand cancelled and appropriate penal action may be initiated by the University. NOTE: All original documents plus three sets of photocopies and four latest photographs should be submitted at the time of admission. JOINT UNDERTAKING BY WARD AND PARENT Ragging a student(s) by other student(s) in any form in and outside the University premises is a criminal and a non-bailable offence and will attract suspension / dismissal and prosecution of the student. Ragging includes causing, inducing, compelling or forcing a student whether by way of a practical joke or otherwise do any act which detracts from human dignity or violate his/ her person or exposes him / her to ridicule or to forbear from doing any unlawful act by using criminal force to him / her or by holding out to him / her any threat of such intimidation, wrongful restraint, wrongful confinement, injuring or the use of force. We have read the above and understood the legal implications of indulging in an act of ragging and undertake to abide by the law at all times. We further undertake that I/ my ward will not engage in any act that may deemed to be in the name of ragging or will not be a part of students involved in any form of ragging.
